Why did government launch this round of subsidy?

During the financial crisis in 2008, China's home appliance export decreased at least 20%.
Many products of Chinese home appliance manufacturing companies were out of fashion. So a large amount of products was deposited in stores.

So booting domestic consumption to save these companies is the number 1 incentive.

Building a cheap infrastructure for electric freight is

........equally difficult.

More difficult is to balance between MIGRANT WORKER, ELECTRICITY exports, and WET LAND, RAIN protection!

Did you enjoy the subsidy?

I did enjoy.

First I bought an old TV set from local market, later I use this old TV set to trade a new one.

leech.

anyway, VAT is 17 per-cent, so 13 off would actually just be a VAT Rebate, wouldn't it?

hahaa...I don't know too much about VAT.

Companies can get VAT rebound 13% when they export some products to foreign market.

The same laptop are produced in China.
RMB 5,000 one laptop in domestic market.
It would be  5000*(1-13%)= RMB 4,350 in foreign market.
