Domestic development, Does China have one of a leading economy in future?  Like Britain as a leading economy after industry revolution.
Does China solve Taiwan issue? The government in Beijing and the government in Taibei and politicians in both sides make comprises.
Are the major powerful countries represented by U.S the strategical allies of China?

The problems in South China sea would be solved easily, if these answer were yes now.

But it is not now, then what policies need China to take under the present situation?

The mere fact that the South China Sea has the word, or name; "China" in it does not, in any way, denote that China exclusively owns it and all of the territories within. Should we also assume, if this should be the case, that India owns all territories in the Indian Sea?
