After Chinese government send RMB 30 million and RMB 150 million gasoline, primier Wen Send heavy gifts to Japanese again.

China will imported more food from nulcear polluted area;
China will send a trade group to disscuss the projects for reconstruction, China will send large tourist groups;
China will donated RMB 10 million on the research of disaster relieve.
It would be the largest aids to Japan from China.


After China's GDP surpass Japan's GDP, China began to assist Japan. "It is a very important turning point."

Japanese government officials have to follow the regulations, and have to ask for the approvals from the represatitives of National Congress.

Chinese government is rich. It donated gasoline as much as RMB 150 million to Japan.

South Korean government is poor. It sold gases as much as the similar value to Japan.

But Japanese government still view Korea as a closer friend than China. They respect a government which respect their own public wealth. They respect a government which don't donate money to foreign countries rather than its own people.
