According to the rules, Vietnamese congress member candidates need to disclose their assets and income before the vote.

We know some richest Chinese (billionaire) are Chinese national congress members.
(Do you know how they become Chinese national congress members?
According to the constitutions of China, the ruling calss is workers and farmers.
Is there one worker, or one farmer, as National Congress member from my province?)

When would these Chinese congress members disclose their assets and income?

They dare not?

From the perspective of disclosure of the assets and income of high ranking politicans, Vietnam begin to make progress.

Is it right?  Around the world, only 2 countries refuse to dislcose the assets and income of high ranking politicians.
One is China (not including the politicians in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan)
Another one is North Korea.
right?

After the latest election, new Vietnamese politicians held the government power.

probably they would adopt more and more politicial reforms in the future.

That is to say, Vietnam would go more and more far away from the present China's political system. Though Vietnam launched the reform in the early 1990s while China launched the reform in the early 1980s. Now China is far lag behind of Vietnam in many aspects.

The latest conflict between China and Vietnam in south China sea probably is a beginning of growing divergence.
Vietnam will probably take aggressively stance against mainland China in many area in the near future.

+++++++++++++++++
On the contrary, China stalked and went back. Chinese government get more and more enemies inside of China, first Liu, now Ai Weiwei, and many people outside of China.
China blocked the personal candidate in local congress election this month.

More and more Chinese choose to throw away mainland Chinese citizenship.

More and more violent accidents take place now. (Yesterday, a violent social conflict took place in Guangzhou, Guangdong province. Several police cars were burnt. 25 people were arrested.)

China would go nearer and nearer toward the present North Korean political system.
++++++++++++++++
If there were a conflict in South China sea, would china be humiliated again and again leading by the present Chinese politicians?
