Most sources I dealt with so far did only not contain the real estate one lives in - but of course, real estate somebody bought as a long term investment.
However, there are of course other estimations.

Anyway, looking at the developments in Shanghai and Beijing, I find it rather similar to Japan during its economic wonder.
