Government Fee (including types of fines) drive the circulation cost sky high.

Local government like to collect Fee, not tax.
Local government like to get land cost, not tax in housing market.

The Fee is higher than Tax in China.

Farmers sell vegetable (xihulu) at 0.1 Chinese yuan per Kg.

City people have to buy this vegetable at 2 Chinese yuan per Kg.

19 times of production cost = transport cost + tax + types of fee (including fines)

Why?

Local government robs too much from the circulation.

Government collected so  high tax + types of fee (including fines).

But government still can't create a safe food environment in China.

Why?

Chinese people pay sky high service fee to Chinese government. However, Chinese government provide a poor service back to Chinese people, right?

If so, Chinese people definitely would drive these Chinese politicians away from government power, either in a violent way or a peaceful way, and change another group of Chinese politicians at last.

Even the products transferred value as much as RMB 50.
the car (which carrying the products) value as much as RMB 5000.

According to the law made by Chinese politicians, the police should fine the violators as much as RMB 30,000 ~ RMB 100,000.

In practice, almost every ordinary Chinese have to break these ridiculous laws, or they suffer heavy loss.

You mean an "efficient government"......
.

China stress efficient too much.
In China, Efficiency decide the fairness and justice.

Nowadays, Chinese truckers complained that almost all of them would bankrupt if they follow the present laws and rules. They would have to be fined by the police through types of causes.

That is to say, these laws and rules made by the government in closed door are not suitable for the present society.

I think a little power balance is a step to solve the problem.

Law makers should get advice from ordinary Chinese.

For example, law makers should get advice from truckers, from supermarket managers, from .... during the laws making about tax, Fee, and fines in the circulation cost.

These merchants and private business owners need to earn at least a little profits if they followed the laws.
