Let the housing reform in Mainland China go on.

Let the privatization of government-own houses go on

Let the government officials get more houses in housing marekts.

Let the rest Chinese p ...

Really, talking about being "house slaves" ...

China won't be the only country who have house slaves.   Do you know, in the world, there are many countries which have low home-ownership ?

Yet, they never complain.

On the other hand, are the Chinese deprived of house ownership ?

What about your ancestral home ?  They are not houses at all ?

I guess 468 complained simply because he wants to have an ownership in a boding in prime district in big citiies like Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou provinces.  Ahhh........ those only are considered "house" !!!

Hmmm ....

It is POSSIBLE that things can go wrong in China despite all efforts ...

Yes, it;s possible. But what's the next if sth goes wrong?

Now, In mainland China, if sth is revealed to be wrong.

Okay, first the censoring system come out and delete the information.

Next, government propaganda began to post like "all of things in China are fake, please think of the helpless under such situation."

3rd, corruption is going on, and the wrong is going done. no one care about the unfairness and unjustice. Money decide everything. Money is measured  by GDP.

Mainland Chinese can buy safe milk from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore, not from Mainland China.

Mainland Chinese can buy safe steamed bread from ...

Mainland Chinese can buy ..

Is it ...

So, 468, are you getting it or not ?

Yup, IMPROVE on what you have to do rather than to worry about house-ownership !

.

Do you know what a house means to a Mainland Chinese? it's not a matter of house, but a neccessary access to government services, your children's birth permission certificate, your children's birth certificate, your children Hukou certificate, your children identity certificate, your children education schools, your own social welfare....

Without a house, without  a hukou certificate, you are illegal human being in Mainland China. You can not get your presonal identity card.

One guy in Beijing have killed his child because he can't get the cerficates without a house in Beijing.

Do you know It's illegal for a city-hukou Chinese to buy a village-hukou house in downtown area of his own city?

Do you know it's illegal for a city-hukou Chinese to buy a village-hukou house in any area, though most houses in China are village-hukou house in China.

My point is that it is POSSIBLE that things will go awefully WRONG with ignorant people like YOU, 468.

On those complaints that you list, I have NO ISSUE with them whatsoever !

True, they are NEGATIVES.

But, MORE IMPORTANT for China and the Chinese people is to be REALISTIC.  Be PRAGMATIC.

Why?  You guys have MISSED opportunites in the past to make good; some inevitable and some evitable.

IT IS ALL YOUR BLOODY FAULT FOR WHAT MADE YOU SO BACKWARDS TODAY !

OWN UP AND FACE IT ! And that is it !

Really, if you keep  finding EXCUSES and complaining about corruptions, blah blah blah ..... you are not getting it and you will not succeed.

So, 468 -- SHUT YOUR HOLE right away !!!

.

Does house-ownership mean so much in Singapore, In Hong Kong, In Taiwan, in Maylasia, in the rest of world except mainland China?

You have to buy a house, or you can not enjoy most of government service, even you can't get your personal identity card. You are an illegal human being in your own country without a house.

You have to buy a house in a limited small market. It's illegal for you to buy the houses except the small market. Though village-hukou people, and government officials, and a few special groups can get houses from different ways more than this small market.
