Can i say " i will issue an application or a form " in business English? I need to know how to use "issue", and thanks for your advice and help in advance.

more examples:

The Visa had been issued. ( given out )

If you have any issues, Please call the supervisor. ( problems or concerns )

not a big issue anymore  ( problem)

please check up the dictionary more. the issue means set of things to be shared in company or organzation that are made aviliable to people at particular time.

To 'issue' an application form means an application is given out (i.e. it is issued to someone).

@Seneca: no i believe 'The Visa had been issued' is gramatically correct. However it is usually followed by more detail: e.g. 'The Visa had been issued, but he did not receive it'

Q. Why would a businessman have to "issue applications"?
A. Businessmen may issue applications if they are involved in recruitment. They may issue forms for other companies to fill in.
