CEO of government-own companies know market economy well.
especially Deng's reform is a transition from planned economy to market economy, it is good that the governor know the market economy and know the company economy.
the previous government aim to plan the economy, now the government is providing services for enterprises and for the cononomic development.
Previous CEO of government-owned compaines shouldn't become political entrepreneur. They shouldn't run the government as a company. It would continue to impove the efficiency and sacrifice the fairness and justice. It's a huge risk.
