Singapore's middle class also don't care much about freedom and democracy.

And it seems that the democracy movement in Hong Kong is also quite weak.  So is Macau.

The Singapore Democratic Party (SDP) only got less than 25% votes in last General Elections.
They campaign for "freedoms".  The SDP chief got sued and was jailed many times for speaking/protesting without a permit.

Friend, China's problems have nothing to do with democracy and middle class.

Don't forget Chinese democracy in 1911.

Huang Hung is too idealistic about freedoms and democracy

Friend, China's problems have nothing to do with democracy and middle class.

Don't forget Chinese democracy in 1911.

It has more to do with low economic and social developments.

But economic developments is still the No. 1 PRIORITY, don't you think so that this is correct?

Without $$$ more people will die.  And China may be invaded again by foreign powers.

Solve problems oe at a time.

Deng Xiaoping they are problems that will take 100 years to resolve (Taiwan, Tibet).

And he said, China is not directly to have directly elected President for 50 years.

This Huang Hung is too idealistic about freedoms and democracy.  Look at nations around you.   The dragon economies got prosperity first, and democracy later.  And the other economies are just as bad with everything.
