In China, the 70ers and 80ers who grew along with U.S.’s increased intervention of the world affairs since 1980s favor the culture and ideology of U.S. more than old generations. They are more likely to say ‘Yes’ to U.S.

However, regardless of which great power to whom they chose to affiliate (as USSR and Mao Tse-dong were idols for Chinese born in 50s and 60s), it is in their best interests that people respect the authority and the principles of the United Nations, for we all understand that preserving the world peace, strengthening the global cooperation and safeguarding the environment of the planet, are in the best interests of everyone.

Nevertheless, there are still many difficulties to our cause to which the hegemony and Exclusive nationalism are the major threats. We can find no way to withhold but the collective force of the United Nations, we can do nothing to it but in the name of the United Nations.

In today's world we better choose to be a world citizen, no merely one of any country.
