His crimes are far too numerous to mention here, but include, crimes against the state, against the Chinese people, against China peoples peace and tranquility....
I am interested in your definition of crimes against the Chinese state.
For example, I did not vote for, nor do I support the current elected government of Australia.
I will advise, anyone who will listen, that the current Prime Minister KRudd and his colleagues should not be supported and that we should not re-elect them in 3 years time at the next election.
I will also point out what I think the current government of Australia is doing wrong, and will criticise their inept and incompetent behaviour at appropriate times.
Now, here in Australia, this does not constitute a crime against the state, and not even any member of the current government would attempt to silence me or suppress my opinions.
Furthermore, even though I do not support my current government, I would not support its replacement by un dem0cratic means.
Now I am a proud Australian, and often defend my country against ignorant, false and slanderous allegations which are often levelled here by the ignorant and the racists who have another agenda.
Nobody here in Australia would seriously entertain the idea that my opposition to the current Australian government means that I am anti-Australian or seeking to harm the Australian people.
Now you may wish to consider these concepts in relation to those Chinese whom you accuse of being "anti-Chinese". Maybe they are simply disagreeing with a few self interested politicians rather than 1.3 billion Chinese.
