"btw,what does "buff" mean?"

It means looking strong, muscly and athletic- used to describe men.  The phrase 'in the buff', however, means 'naked'.  Here ends today's lesson.

Coming to Hangzhou in 2 weeks, with a short stay in Shanghai. Hehe will be amazingly hot for me, I'm used to 20 degrees during summer Well there are some useful tips here, and I guess eating icecream helps. Any more heat tips for a "european polar bear"?

i live in ningbo, the whether is as the as shanghai. but i'm used to it and you can regard it as a sauna~that's why peoplet there have  good  skin
