A boring question

Whatever it is, this question is quite boring, isn't it?

not at all. How can you translate " pao" & "niu"  accurately into English is not a piece of cake.  You have to find the words to match them.

:) I agree with rainbow ... This little Chinese phrase is interesting.

I do not (yet) speak Chinese ... but I am slowly trying to understand
the structure and flow of the language ...

Just looking at the (literal) translation possibilities ...
I see the phrase translates as ...

"to steep" (the) "little girl" Like tea?
or
"to soak" (the) "little girl"   Like with a water hose?
or
"bubble" (the) "little girl"    Like in a bubble bath?
or
"to dawdle" (with?) (the) "little girl"  :) Hang around with her?
OR
(pronouncing pao differently)
"swollen" "little girl" (I think I'll not comment on this one)
or
"puffed" "little girl"   (Blowing her up like a balloon?)

I see I must study Chinese a LONG TIME ...

"pao niu'' might not be found in a Chinese dictionary. It's something like a newly coined  slang.

Niu( noun. )=  young/ little girl   (and in this context, I incline to the definition of young girl (from 13-25, 26, 27, 28?)

Pao (Verb ) =court ,   (actually I don't know how the word "pao" comes ,  maybe to court a girl  is just like to make a pot of  tea patiently and taste it slowly?)
