One of the reason I ask is

We often heard people say: we all have our own problem to deal with.
So everybody shall have a few unique ways to get through difficulties which might help others who are trapped in their problems.
I have learned a few tricks all these years:
First, do not blame anybody for what happened. Blaming can only cause more stress. It will lead to anger and resentment, which generate negative energy that might be dangerous to yourself and others.
Second, Stop being a victum. It is ok to cry a little bit. But when you realize you cry because the idea of crying, Stop. Otherwise you will not stop crying and you will have a big swollen face the next day, which will make you want to cry some more when you see yourself in the mirror.
Third, fake your happiness. Happiness is the only thing that when you fake it, you will have it.
Fourth, exercise. I havn't tried this one yet. I think it works since exercise can generate good physical pain which will ease the mental pain.
Last thing I think it might help which is another thing I havn't tried is to stay in the shelter with the homeless people for a couple nights. So that you realize you are still far from the bottom of life.

Oh, I think sleep helps too.

Drink a bit wine, read some really boring book like building specs. That can ensure you a sleepy mood and then you can take advantage of it.
Good night here and good morning your side. :)

I can now see clearer yr meaningful lines!!!

happiness - the most important but sometome most elusive. & yr way is good which is similar with the "guru" who says keep smiling as it takes away the pressures from the brains nerves

exercise - i am doing it now. In the morning b4 gooing to work. I feel much fresher. Now when the life/workload gets heavier, i am having 2nd thoughts. Feeling like lazy creeping in.

homeless - i think a good way, somewhere in line to my patience thoughts.

sleep - now i know the luxury of sleep. Like i describe in exercise above,
sleep is really a luxury to good life but pls don't oversleep
What's on your mind now........ooooooooooooooo la la....Kind Regards
