Oh, your post is so inspiring! Lately I've been getting up late. But the few times I do get up early, I am always so happy! It feels so nice, and the whole day goes better and feels longer. Exercising int he morning is really great, although I admit I rarely do it.
I often mean to but when the time comes I stay in bed because that feels good too. But now that the weather's getting warmer I'll try to do it more often.

Other exercise....
I do taiji & qigong, which are both great for morning. So are other martial arts.
Or just stretch & move however you like, however feels good.
You could also just take a walk, and enjoy whatever you happen to see.
I am not rich.  :L

Jogging is good.

As all we know, sports contributes to building up a strong body.

I seldom do morning exercise for I couldn' t get up so early.  

But I did some night exercise those days.    Jogging and Yoga(I know little about Yoga  and just do it as my own way. haha . )

Morning exercise is great for your body and mind. Sleeping is a nice way of going about it for me.

morning exercise~

i woke up at 6am this morning and couldn't stay in bed any more.

as it's getting warmer and warmer, it becomes more and more difficult, for me, to stay in bed till 8am.

perhaps doing morning exercise is a nice way to kill the spare time in the morning.
