lately almost every morning i have been waken up by the bright sunshine penetrating through the curtains~

so i'm kind of thinking about getting up half an hour earlier and doing morning excercises, haha~

Last time i did morning exercise is about 3 years ago

there is a small creek near my apartment, i'm thinking about taking a walk, there, reading aloud some books, or playing badminton, hehe~:D

any other recommeded light sports for morning exercises?~

I also like exercise during the morning time.that's will give you fresh mind when you go into the working

Yes, dawn is a great time to be up and about - even before the sun is out of his bed

As the old saying goes,

Early to bed and early to rise
Makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise.

Mahumahu, don't let that little creek go waste! Just get out there and limber up for a great day, every day.

personally, I'm not fond of excercising in the morning, due a major part to my unwillingness of getting up early. But morning excercise is good to maintain healthy and vigorous! It's getting warm. The day begins early and lasts longer. Your post just makes me want to move and stretch. Haha,rise early tomorrow to have a try......:D

a bit bored...

have been doing morning exercises these days,
i recite poems, do skate boarding, jogging, walking~

but that's all, seems there is no other activities suitable for morning exercises~

how about do some push ups in the morning? or sit ups? doing morning exercise is the best way to burn fat. my friend used to run 2 miles each morning.
In college alone and I am loving it. ^^
