Numbered D460, a train designed to run at a speed of 200 km per hour leaves east China's Shanghai for Suzhou early Wednesday morning, April 18, 2007, marking the beginning of the sixth "speed boost" of Chinese railways, which has been hard-pressed to cope with the country's hunger for bigger transport capacity

It's sad that our country which is the richest in the world doesn't have high speed trains.

But I don't understand why the Chinese didn't build double level high speed trains, therefore they could fit more people and reduce the price of each ticket.

my home town just doesn't include in the railways that could let the high-speed trains ride on .
