After working for almost three years, I find i'm no longer good at enjoying the life, enjoying the spare time, or enjoying the weekend.

There are many places we can hang out after work and during the work-off days, but why I lose my interest in it.

I'm not a workaholic, but the stress from work follows me always. Is there anyone who faces the same problem like me?

One must hv the ability to "Let GO" like it is not the end of the world to enjoy

Yes, we hv this imperfection that we can't forget our work!!! We want to do a good job!!! Be precise!!! Always attached like a shadow..........
But experience taught me to let go.....go to sleep well&refreshed next morning. & hv time to see the world flying by....

It is not easy, but learn to relax, listen to soft music or no music at all but music of the world.....Silence is golden,it is a stress reliever.....

Eat some good healthy enjoyable food.....like chocolates for it boost well-being&happiness......perhaps missed out vitamins so energy level low....
easy for bad moods to creep in......

Well cherish yrself.....cherish someone too........

Kind regards
