Please show the law that prohibits or forbides kissing in public in China.
There may be no law that "forbids" kissing in public in China but this behaviour has long been part of Chinese culture and traditions: this view is that modesty, grace and dignity should be observed in public places, kissing and other more intimate forms of social interaction should be kept private. For example if you watch any television shows set in China more than a century ago you will probably never see a couple kissing.
If, as you say, that "it's customary for two Chinese pupils to snog in the street" would that be the case if they were both girls or both boys ? Would the mothers of such sons have a similar view as to "their sons' charms" if they witnessed this ?

Which heavenly being/prime mover/GOD gave you the right to dictate to Chinese citizens on what's r ...
Beep myself ? Ok, I'll give myself a well deserved gold star. Where do you get the idea that I am trying to "dictate to Chinese citizens" about anything ? There are a few too many people in China for me to ever imagine that I could change their behaviours.
