An "educated guess" of Hong Kong's fate [Copy link] 中文

I like to use the "Psycho" analogy to depict the malicious intent of Donald Trump and Peter Navarro in the so-called trade talks.  Similarly, here I use the "burning village" analogy to give my "educated guess" of Hong Kong's fate.

In a remote village, some disgruntled villagers were running amok to set fire to houses in their demand to the Landlord to let them choose their own village chief.

The final outcome could be one of the following scenarios:

(a)  The Landlord could have sent his firemen earlier to extinguish the fire.  However, it would provoke a loud outcry from the other landlords that the Landlord had broken his contract with the villagers not to send his men into the village within a specific time period.

(b)  If those disgruntled villagers were dead sure of the Landlord’s resolve never yield to none, they might stop their arson and help to extinguish the fire instead.  In this case, it was not too late to save the village.  All's well that ends well.

(c)  The Landlord might send his firemen to the village if he grew impatient with the nonsense, "Enough is enough!  It’s time to teach those idiots a good lesson!"  Then there would still be a big outcry from the other landlords over the breach of contract between the Landlord and the villagers.  Moreover, many household items like mattresses, pillows, blankets, clothes, books, food, furniture, televisions, radios, electrical appliances, etc would be damaged by water from the firemen's hoses.

(d)  Lastly, the Landlord might think:  "If I give in to the idiots in one village, the consequences would be disastrous if the other villages of mine follow suit.  It seems to be fine for me if just do nothing and let those idiots burn down their houses.  As I am the landlord of several thousand villages, I can afford to sacrifice one village to teach those idiots a good lesson.  In the end, it is they who will suffer from their stupid actions.

As stated in Galatians 6:7 of the New Testament:

"Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."

Those idiots think they can blackmail me.  They will reap what they sow.

If that is the basic nature of God's Justice, it is also the basic nature of my justice.  It is certainly my best option at the moment.  Ha! Ha! Ha!

I's getting a bit more fair dinkum  now...

Mutter from Germany is looking at videos from mad rioters, out of control before she took off for B.J.

Saudi Arabia, Russia and 35 other states have written to the United Nations supporting China’s policies in its western region of Xinjiang, according to a copy of the letter seen by Reuters on Friday, in contrast to strong Western criticism.

Many of them departed to their paymasters recently, the young fools don't realize that Honkey's in 5 eyed Countries are being looked down upon them; looked down as traitors and damaging family ties where they were born...

I'm 94 years old, but never did I came across such a locusts plague anywhere in this big world of ours...
However, I do wish that them migratory fools which are paid by uncle Sam do settle over there and pay them back with their own doctrine---crop eating invaders...

My dear lad;

In my life, I never took your tablets, that's why at 94  I don't feel any pain...

You seem to be a rather negative individual regarding the Middle Kingdom...
Perhaps with age you reach maturity...

As you're probably aware; Whisky takes several years to mature ...
Certain people ain't blessed with the ability to mature to the culture of the society they lives in...

Our western educated youngsters never had the opportunity to mature before being taken over by foreign doctrines and religious affairs...

That's why I never bedevil them, but the gloves are off once it comes to them foreign initiators using H.K. to bedevil the Middle Kingdom...

re: "Singapore-surprse, surprise."

Yes and NO...

I wish our freedom fighter-terrorists would mask up and give the same performance in Singapore's Changi airport or MTR stations... Singaporean government got that strange idea that public facilities were built for the people not for idiots waving US and UK flags and doing millions of $ in damage to such transport hubs...
However; soft-hearted as I'm I'd would collect them with a free hearse after 2 lifetimes in Changi Prison.

Canadian  law bans the wearing of masks during a riot or other unlawful assembly.  Those convicted of it face up to 10 years in prison.

It is not too late for the Hong Kong government to learn from Singapore's late legendary statesman how to deal effectively with the student riots.  Singapore's student riots in the 1950s were much worse than the current riots in Hong Kong.

In fact, there were two decades of chaos in Singapore's forgotten past.  The late Asian legendary statesman's ways of cracking down on student riots with his iron fist provides a classic textbook example of how to deal with all riots.

Yes and NO...

No country would allow these mobsters to go on like this--even "democratic" and "free" ones.
