China should take stern actions to what is happening in Hong Kong in particular to the ever escalating riots in the territory. Having to do nothing to the unrest is not a way to show the people there that authority in Beijing is open and acceptable to that present outcome. To these people the less you tend to act the more they will climb over the board and a sign of weakness in your part and a victory to there determination.

What is happening now if not in the name of democrasy but simply a show of force from the people and even the judiciary there simply take the side of these protesters and rioters instead. Regardless of whether there are a million protesters it has turn for the worst as unrest seem to take its cause for being silence openly to what those chose to declare that this is democrasy at its cause. It is already out of control and does the authority only chose to act when these protesters start to shout the most unavoidable words 'independence'. Hong Kong is definately a part of China not doubt about that but it can be seem that those behind the protest are not working for democrasy at large instead but a more synical move towards a seperate entity. Doing nothing will show that they have achieve the present objective under name of democrasy. Next they will move ahead toward a more independable cause and if that come with an obstruction, they simply repeat what was the present situation, protest and riot until the local authority have no choice but yet again to acknowledge acceptance hence allow them to yet move ahead toward their main cause. Worst of the outcome are Taiwan willingness to provide poitical asylum from culprits from Hong Kong.

China must act and now. Regardless of whether there is a 50 years autonomy or not these Colonial interference is the main reason why the protest are gaining strength and more support. If the recent extradiction law are unable to pass in Hong Kong, then China should pass a law within Chinese Legislative to have people that are wanted be extridicate back to mainland China instead for processing. China will have that priority and choice to decide whether they should be return to the respective terrority to face the law or those in China. Remember, Hong Kong and Macau are part of China. The decision will solely be that of China and not the terrorital provinces.

China must act and act now.
