How are China's top leaders chosen?

Mind the platform gap.

I said chosen, not elected.

Of course they don't need to be elected to do their jobs well.

But seriously then -- how are they chosen?

How are China's top leaders chosen?

Mind the platform gap.

1. He/she must be Chinese and intelligent.
2. The candidate must have served the country loyally in a highly responsible ministerial position, and proven not a lackey of any foreign power.
3. The future leader should be ideally not be connected to wealthy parties, from within or outside his immediate family circles.

I am interested in what China is doing to unseat the USD as reserve currency.

Hum, me thinks the US spy masters would also want to know more of China's RMB future plan too.

I will be interested how China will integrate Hong Kong back into the influence of the motherland as the 50-year moulding period creep ever nearer to 2047.
More interesting, the unification of Taiwan. How much longer will we have to wait?
