It's not a phrase.

It is a reference to two well-known characters in Chinese culture -- Mu was po ...

Of course I know they are well-known figures in Chinese life and cultures. But there is no proof that they have similarities. That they do co-exist in the same culture does not necessarily mean they should be used together for the same purpose, as the above-mentioned arguments have shown us very clearly.

No you don't know and please do not pretend further that you do.

It is not part of Chinese life because Mu's story took place more then 800 years ago, and immortalized in the Peking Opera "Generals from the Yang Family."

It is not part of Chinese cultures (in the plural form) because it exists only in the singular form as a well-known story during the anti-Jin wars in the Northern Song Dynasty.

But there is no proof that they have similarities. That they do co-exist in the same culture does not necessarily mean they should be used together for the same purpose, as the above-mentioned arguments have shown us very clearly.

Another instance of your very confused mind.

What are you talking about, really?

What do you mean there is no proof that they have similarities?

If I say the middle finger on your right hand looks like the middle finger on your left hand, which part do you not understand?

Your second sentence is even more weird than the first, which shows very clearly you don't know anything about anything.

Mu Guiying was a woman, and Wu Da-lang was a man.

The meaning of the quote 宁用武大郎,不选穆桂英 simply means one would rather use a weak man than a strong or powerful woman.

Please turn the lights off when you leave the garbage room of your fantasy world.

Please be constructive if you want to join the debate.
Do not place yourself at a highground, where you do not belong and make judgments.
I know you have read a lot and are able to write a long reply, but please come to the point. Nowadays people do not like to spend too much time reading longish and lengthy essays.

What debate?

Do you call this a debate when you obviously can't distinguish your right from your left hand?

You don't qualify as a debater because none of your utterances make any sense.  It's as if you were thinking of A in your mind while typing B on your keyboard -- none of your words or arguments connect with one another.

Just leave the sanctity of our forum -- this place is for humans, not for Dracula Wannabe with a big mouth but no teeth.

The one who should really desist from making judgments against others being on the 'high-ground' is a low-ground bottom feeder like you.

Who are you trying to tease with your succcking avatar? -- such a lowlife emblem I have never seen in anybody's avatar.

It makes you look as noble as a street walker from Amsterdam's notorious Red Light District.

You obviously don't belong here.

Please remember to turn the lights off once you're done unpacking your douche bags.

An avatar doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the person himself, so please calm down and be sensible.
