US trying to force manufacturing out of China to Vietnam and Thailand.

China can stop it for cut off water to Mekong river.

If river doesn't have water then it will affect operations in Vietnam and Thailand.

China's counter-measure is transferring the industries to Africa, and let Vietnam/Thailand keep their water.

Worse still, the entire meaning of your comment here is changed by your errors.  

Taking just the two lines above as an example, I would say they should have appeared as "From Chairman Mao's famous quote: political power comes out of the barrel of a gun."

I am interested to know, tenderloin, where did you go to school?
