technology is 1st productive power, that is well known since my childhood, because it is told by the great leader Deng. and Chinese is a nation of respecting teachers. we want to learn knowledge from any teachers to develop our country.
so why could we have no celebration for teachers' Day, because Chinese Teachers' Day is September 10th
it is possible that you are right. but China has a so long history that we need to.change our thoughts gradually . and the first you should know the power of technology, second know how to develop the technology, third know how to provide a better environment for developping technology, 4th know how to keep this going on forever.

But China's Teacher's Day was set after the World Teacher's Day. And there are International Women's Day, Labor Day and Children's Day that China adopt, then why bother to make a Chinese version of Teacher's Day?
