Many adult and young people can only speak and write very bad Chinese, so it is no surprise.

It is not a problem of how long we have learnt the foreign language, but a problem that we haven't contacted the real English most of the time, we learn English from teachers who are Chinese and who actually do not know English language either. I want to learn English from BBC, but now it is inaccessible by legal approach, so what do you expect?
