1.5μm radius adjacent to a tapered bus waveguide. The field circulating in the ring is coupled to the bus
waveguide through evanescent field leakage from the outer surface of the ring

It should be illegal for China to own any patents to technology.  Only trains.  The world should give China just one thing: train patents.  Let China be the world leader in making trains.  But, that's it.  

If china gets more than trains, then it will be the end of God's people.  Two tiger cannot live on same mountain.  World cannot have both God's People and China as kings.  Only one can be king.
