Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand are not China!

Dude, did you even go to  ...

Singapore is the only Southeast Asian country that can do semiconductor IC design and manufacturing while Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines do only labor-intensive semiconductor assembly and testing. Your example of Intel symbolizes American decline in the semiconductor industry which was born in Silicon Valley back in the 50s and 60s when US companies monopolized the semiconductor industry with a market share of 90+ percent. But Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Japan and now China has chipped away at the USA in semiconductor design, manufacturing and equipment. Intel's market share in the smartphone industry is almost zero and its market share in data center servers are now being challenged by lots of semiconductor companies.

Did you know that TSMC was a spin-off from the State-funded ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute) based in the State-funded Hsinchu Science Park in Taiwan during the KMT-ruled Martial Law era in the 70s and 80s? Did you know that the Taiwanese are ethnically Chinese who share the same race, ethnicity, language, culture, and religion as the mainland Chinese? And lastly, did you know that the former EVP and Chief Architect of Intel's Microprocessor Division is a Chinese-American, Dr. Albert Yu? And so is the co-founder and CEO of NVDIA, Jensen Huang, as well as the CEO of Sypnosis, Dr. Chi-Foon Chan, and the CEO of Cadence, Dr. Lip Bu-Tan? NVDIA is the world's leader in GPUs used in 3D graphics and AI while Sypnosis is the world's leader in VLSI Silicon Compilers and Cadence is the world's leader in IC design tools.

If you didn't know that, then you need to have your IQ retested.

Strange that you said that.  China can send man into space, got the world's fastest supercomputers, space satellite tracking "Beidou", etc etc, and you said it has low IQ?  Perhaps YOU are the one with low IQ!

Now you're admitting that the Chinese Nationalists made Taiwan to what it is today and not the Japanese Militarists who ruled the island before WWII?
