China welcomes all aborigines to enjoy all the rights and privileges of citizenship, and has a longstanding policy to help the ethnic minorities with additional privileges, including preferential entrance and scholarships at prestigious universities, having more children, and receiving greater investments than the Han majority.  Just the way an elder brother takes care of a younger brother.  The vast majority of the "disgruntled" ethnic minorities are those who had mistakenly chosen to live abroad, and the only way to mitigate their regrets is to vilify China for imagined wrongs and injustices that simply do not exist in present day China.
