Good article.
For a bit of balance I would add:
In the case of the EU, they do not "own" UK. EU can make plans but they do not have the final say.
UK can just walk away.  
What Juncker wants means nothing.  The assumption, by many, is that the quick agreement means all agree.  I would submit there are many who just want to get it started and stop all the idiot blathering.  Some who want a just and prudent decision that respects both sides.
As to the ECB the EU located in London.  The EU chose not to put an "early exit clause" in the agreement so legally in UK, in each EU state and in the EU itself, the rule of law is he who moves out pays the costs and perhaps even the lost revenue.  EU knows that even though it's leaders do not seem do not realize that not everyone bows down to them as global god.

The famous TV Show dinner for one(the90th birthday, written by Laurie wiylie) is very amusing.
Obviously very dramatc, the recent dinner for two (between EU Chief and new British prime minister) in 10 downing street
