Both sides seem to provoke each other flaunting their own artilleries and military installations. Those military installations are just like a paper tiger because they may be meaningful in case of threatening each other by showing the scale of forces, but because once they are in use, the result is sure tbe nothing but destruction and devastation on both sides. Consequently an arms race means nothing practical, only means exorbitant waste of money and wisdom. China should be ready for talks and play a role for arbitration toward peace.
