Dortmund explosions: 'Islamist' suspect held over team bus attack.
German media are reporting that the suspect detained is a 25-year-old Iraqi, and the second suspect is a 28-year-old German.
Three copies of the same letter were found near the site of the blasts, indicating that the attacker had links to so-called Islamic State (IS). IS had said it carried out the attack on a Christmas market in Berlin in December that killed 12 people.

And now, 14 April 2017,  they said it may have been the work of political extremists - from the left or right - or violent football fans.
But the three identical letters found near the scene - which said the attack was done "in the name of Allah" - may be fakes, intended to pin the blame on radical Islamists.
The developments came to light when  two German state broadcasters - NDR and WDR - together with the Suedeutsche Zeitung newspaper reported the study on Friday, 14 April 2017.
