In recent years, postponing the retirement age has become a hot topic that people talk about everyday. The set age will be changed from 60 to 65. Is it neccessary? Some think that it is one of the effective measures to be adopted to solve the problems with population aging raises. However, some think that it will bring the stress of unemployment because it will be harder for the new graduates to find a job. And also, some old works are unable to fully concentrate on their works which will reduce the efficiency. 201603111038300001.jpg

The unemployment among younger people is mostly a result of bad preparation of them for the work actually required. Germany trains its youth better with tech education and structured apprenticeships.

You cannot "postpone" the retirement AGE; you can only raise it or lower it. There is nothing wrong  ...

People don't need to work longer because they are living longer, they need to work longer because their government have spent their pension contributions.

Postponing retirement suggests that it's an option.  That might be true in the US where they have tiered retirement ages for Social Security Retirement Benefits... 62, 65 and 70 (for those born before 1960) and a little older for those born after.

I'm 62 years old and the Chinese government says I'm too old to teach.  Bullshit.
