Whatever irksome problems you might be having today, this should put them into perspective.
A young photographer has travelled the world far and wide to capture sole humans in nature's vast and engulfing landscapes.
Andrew Studer, 20, from Portland, Oregon, is aiming to demonstrate the earth's prowess, and what 'small fish in a big, big pond' we are.
He has voyaged around America to capture caves in Utah, waterfalls in Washington and the Milky Way in Oregon. The talented snapper has also chased the Northern Lights in Iceland, surveyed the lakes in Canada and immersed himself in the beaches of Hawaii.
Mr Studer tells MailOnline Travel: 'Often times, the subjects in these photos are me. I set my camera on a tripod and use what's called an intervalometer remote which takes photos on a timer while I climb out to the spot. When it's not me, it's just a friend.'
His resulting photos are certainly enough to shine a torch on how small we really are.
