The Clinton campaign and the Press have been pounding the Trump campaign with hourly attacks by air.  Trump on the other hand is taking over each state daily by land with his massive rallies, setting up field offices by the dozens wherever he goes.  Trump is rapidly closing the gap, not according to the Press, of course, but in real life.  Ask the voters who they will remember on Election Day, the face on the monitor being extolled by the same talking heads, or the living person they saw with their own two eyes, and the answer is obvious.

Preventing the rigging of the votes, from registration to final tally, from paper ballot to server score, is a gargantuan task, barely addressed by the flippant comment from on high that "the election will not be rigged".  If an opinion is all that is needed to guarantee truthfulness, then why is there even a need to cast any vote?  Just ask, and you shall receive.

Many of the voting machine manufacturing companies are reincarnations of foreign companies reincorporated in still other foreign companies that then own or license their products to American companies.  If you are uncomfortable with American cars having foreign auto parts, wait till you check out the parts and patents of the voting machines.  You would be floored, but better to be shocked before you cast your vote, than afterwards, when it is too late to change the result.

The vulnerability of the voting process to rigging, from registration to identification, from voting to having the vote counted, from having the votes counted to being correctly tallied, and from being tallied to being accurately transmitted, puts the entire edifice of electoral democracy at grave risk of being subverted.  Experts on voting machines have overwhelmingly felt insecure with the current equipment and protocols.  This is not imaginary at all.

With Trump aware of the risks, and his raising the alarm, the stakes for the coming election have reached a new peak that can only get higher and steeper as election day approaches.  Will the votes of the people really count?  How about the electoral votes that can differ from the popular vote?  Should they, would they, and above all, can they be accepted by a generation that demands the right to representation, not through some college of electors, but through their own ballots?
