The US government has already denounced that ICC and ICJ are rubbish and not recognizable by it. So, is there any valid judgement passed on the South China Sea arbitration by ICJ / ICC ? Absolutely, zero, since it was known to be chaired by a EU Japanese and possibly funded by western intelligence services. Simple fact is, what belongs to China remains to be China's territories - non-bargainable fact. The Code of Conduct among all disputing parties in the ASEAN community is being knocked up to solve continuing disputes for as long as it takes to solve peacefully among neighbors in which the USA, Australia, India and Japan are never a part of the territories in dispute among China and its Asian neighbors! China has therefore its absolute right to maintain military protection gears of the finest to defend and solve issues when the need arises. The USA and other outsiders do NOT possess any sort of territorial rights to militarize the water lanes along the South China Sea with warships and submarines ( Japan though it was clever to do so with its submarines ). Though somewhat, the USA has vastly militarized Japan and South Korea while attempting to drag in Vietnam, again the Philippines and other economically weaker ASEAN and India. Only political fools will allow their lands to be filled with disastrous warring gears and troops by the thousands ---> 100,000 +++ ! Oooh... there is NO way that Kim the Lion Heart will surrender his nuke missiles! |
