US will never bow to Chinese in such aspects and will do anything to create tension in the region to show the world 'I am the boss'.
Carter is very wrong that the American is building and fostering peace with its allies so that this place will enjoy higher growth and stability. For god sake, Mr Carter, what had the US done to the middle east after being in that region for years. The US had created Al Queda & ISIS that brewed the region with instability and insecurity. So you tell me - What win-win situation US had created for middle eastern that let these folks sleep peacefully throughout the nights and have plans for their kids to reap fruits of economic benefits in the future. The world is not blind and could see through the intention of US plan in the AsiaPac zone. China should consider doing some military exercise with Latin American friends near the gulf of mexico more often, and let the US has a taste of its own medicine so that they would know Chinese meant business. Else we would always subject to double standard treatment, and discrimination just because we do not wish to be playing second fiddle to the American.
