It is forbidden to talk about a baby's eyes in Iran.

Ridiculous. None of adults have eyes as beautiful as babies.

Smile at whatever happens.

You may not enter an Italian church in shorts and sleeveless shirt.

Not only in Italy, believe me.

Is that true? Have 2 ask Phil.

Here's another Victorian law: it's illegal to wear pink pants after noon on Sundays. It's hard to fathom the original point of this – were pink trousers only worn in churches? Was the idea to avoid offending churchgoers returning to their homes? Either way, find your best pair of hot pink short pants and strut the afternoon away like the hoodlum you are.

It only applies in the state of Victoria, it's not Australia wide law.

#6 is not applicable to Meat pies but to Mince Pies. They were banned during the Protectorate of Oliver Cromwell and that law is either still on the statute books or was removed some years ago.

A mince pie is made with minced (fine diced) fruit.

As far as I know it was never illegal to kiss on stations in the UK, however Warrington Station banned kissing outside of the designated "kissing zone" in 2008.  France however did ban nationwide kissing in 1910 on railway stations and I think the law was abolished during the first world war. Certainly it's not in use today.
