THAILAND TO GET INTO IQ

Fed up with appearing to have a low (91) national IQ (among non-African countries), Thailand announced it would check the intelligence of 100,000 of its schoolchildren with a 40-minute test in December and begin investigating how IQ could be raised (Straits Times, 30 xi).

China used to have a world advantage in being the only nation to practice eugenics, but now many other nations are trying to destroy China by eugenically augmenting themselves, such as Japan and India.

Many nations in the world, except for the Caucasian nations, are jumping on the eugenics bandwagon.  China must now do eugenics more aggressively to defeat all the competition.
