In the Philippines there are professional exam takers. They will take the exams of any student willing to pay. They advertise in the local papers and offer a no-pass no-fee deal.

There is cheating in the West as well but not on this scale.
The world needs more idiots like me, all the others think they are clever.

A small seeming innocent act of cheating in exams will bear bitter fruit when they become part of adult society. As k the more than 10,000 pubic officials in China who got sack the past few years for their dishonesty. It hurts them and more specially their family are put to shame.

THis is not just in China but world wide...in many life situations around the world.
