Meditation forces you to call down and focus on something. Sit or lie down and close your eyes. Breathe in and exhale. Do you feel better?
Breathe in positive and exhale negative thought like traffic, crowded bus, flight dalay, ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend, frustration with and your boss.
I caught a cold yesterday. So I think it is a great idea to fall asleep quickly. Let's begin such comfort process..

I meditate everynight I lie in bed, I close my eyes and drift off to sleep
