Should China ban abortion?

Abortion is medical process of ending pregnancy.

In some countries such as in: USA, China, Canada, Denmark, Australia and etc, abortion become legal.
In some countries, in which abortion is normally illegal, will allow one to be performed in the case of rape, incest, or danger to the pregnant woman's life or health.

A few nations ban abortion entirely: Chile, El Salvador, Malta, and Nicaragua, with consequent rises in maternal death directly and indirectly due to pregnancy.

Generally, agree China should ban the abortion practice.
Convinced medical identification should be taken into consideration, if the fetus was diagnosed as congenital malformation or other unsuited to be delivered the abortion surgery could be undertaken.
