In Xiangtan city,Hunan province,a schoolbus of Lelewang kindergarten rolled over into a reservoir when it was crossing Ganzi village in Yuelu District. The accident caused 11 deaths,8 children and 3 adults.
The reservior has no guardrails and is about 8 meters deep,.The road on which the accident happened is part of the regular routine of shoolbus, when it rolled over into th reservior,a fisher spotted the weak light of schoolbus and called police.
Villagers said the wrecked shoolbus was overloded.Shool minimizes the number of shoolbuses for expenditure reasons, thus leading to a great many overloading buses. Many similar cases have happened around China, which triggering negative remaks and distrust towars kindergarten. If you check their management regulations, you will find every shoolbus has fixed passenger numbers. Why do they bother to institute this regulation since they are not intened to comply with it?

That type of minivans are a 7 to 9 seaters at the most. Tragic that traffic regulations are not followed strictly.
