i wonder if foreign woman have the same cultural problems as the men?
if you want something in life get off your backside, and do it yourself!! don't rely on others to do it for you

Nine years ago, Julie, who was then a Harvard University student, met Liu Shiliang, a security guard of a post office in Hefei. Later, Liu Shiliang went to Shenzhen and started his own business. In 2007, they got married.

Because of interests in Chinese culture, Julie learned Chinese in Harvard University. In 1998, she conducted an investigation of tourism resources and came to Hefei. When she went to the post office that Liu worked in, they met each other and Liu helped her a lot. Liu's kindness touched Julie. Since then, they had been keeping in touch by writing letters.

In 2009, Xu Shuai who is from Shandong met Joanne who is from the UK in Russia. Xu was then working in Russia while Joanne was traveling in Russia. Later, both of them came to China. In 2010, they got married. Joanne found that the kindergarten in her husband's village lacked foreign language teachers. After discussing with her husband, Joanne decided to work as a foreign language teacher in the kindergarten for free.
