oh and while we are at it, push through the much needed security ordinance and make sure the "democratic parties" disclose the sources of all their funds...

the more extreme parties will have a hard time hiding their foreign sponsors then.

No more self employed "English teachers" and "reporters" (foreign correspondents) - in fact I'd suggest that the foreign correspondents' club in Central be closed with immediate effect. You lot want to look for the next excuse to cause instability?

Why?

Because they were staging an unlawful sit in that's why!
They were blocking off a major road in Central Hong Kong to the busy traffic.

Hong Kong law stipulate any public demonstration or protest marches must be pre-arranged with the police, so the proper arrangements can be made for the safety of other road and pavement users.
