Social Relationships

Ability:

At first,

Mao Zedong was a teacher in a rural teacher's school who had never been studied abroad.

Zhou Enlai was a university leader who had ever studied in France.

Zhu De was a general who had ever studied in Japan.

Liu Shaoqi was a national labor union leader who had ever studied in Russia.

However, later,

Mao Zedong was the leader. And Zhou Enlai, Zhu De, Liu Shaoqi were the followers.

When we talk about one's ability, we often said that who, who, who

typing fast, mastering the laws and specifications, mastering the literature and large vocabulary, maybe etc.

Skills:

Do we often talk about

Knowing more powerful people and make friends with them

Uniting people of a team together and making those people work toward one objective

Knowing others' advantages and favors, and distribute works based on that

Increasing the trust among people of that team

Tolerating the disadvantages of the others

Most of works can't be done by oneself, but many of us together. Human beings are warm-blooded animal, not robots. The relationships among human beings in a society are complicated, not as simple as the contracts and agreements among computers in a network.

So, we need to not only improve our skills in technical area, but also improve our skills in social relationships.

I wote those words from my experience.

Many young guys focus on "learning this, learning that".
However, many of young guys ignore building one's own social relationships and improve the skills in social relationships.
