Just off the ethnic boat?
I want to share information and survival skills with anybody who wants to live here.
I don't want to hear or see any sinophobic or anti-USAnian comments here.

Healthcare: Pharmacies and Medications
DO:
Find pharmacies that sell FDA approved generic drugs, they are usually order of magnitude cheaper. Here is a short list, you will find them on both East- and West-Coast, some may require you to sign up for a Health Savings Pass which offers additional discount:
  • Shop Rite
  • Rite Aid
  • CVS
  • Walmart
  • Sams Club ( you have to be member )
DON'T:
Many legal Chinese immigrants ask for original drugs in the mistaken believe that they are better. They are the same as FDA-approved generics but much more expensive. Medicaid pays for you and make the drug manufacturers rich.

SAVINGS:
I use prescription eye drops. At ShopRite, generics costed $19.30 in Delaware whereas Bausch and Lombard costed $76, after insurance, copay $16.52
