Shanghai International bike Expo was held from 6th till 9th May 2015 at NECC ( a new exhibition hall - situated near the end of Line 2 ).
As usual exhibitors showcased their products ranging from accessories for e-bikes to latest & lightest parts for bicycles. I have to admit that i am an avid offroad biker. Hence i am skewed towards that type of bikes in general. However bicycles have fascinated me since i was young. Exploring the world or at least the neighborhood at a young age on a bike is surely fun.

Whats interesting to note in this years exhibition is the reduced models that were clad in skimpy clothes. Albeit there was a booth or two with foreign models showcasing their assets rather than the bikes. The 2014 Exhibition was filled with ladies running around with bike frames to bike parts.

Fatbikes are becoming an in thing and there are many companies offering them nowadays. Another thing to look out for is the electrifying of all forms of bikes known to man.  :) Browsing through the bike show, it is hard not to notice that every type of bikes from the 1-0" wheelers to 29" wheelers or the 3 wheelers or more getting their fair share of battery pack with motors hooked up on them. I guess it is in our nature to make things "easier" for us.
