Mother's Day Gift

Recently, I  received  a  Mother's  Day gift  from  my  son's  kindergarten .
Well ,it  actually  goes  like  this : I , he , and the  baby formed up  the  normal  members  of  my  family . He  takes the baby to  the  nursery  every  morning  and  brings  him back  every  afternoon . But  things  changed  a  little .    He'll  move  to  another place to  work ,where is  40 minutes'  drive  away  from    the  nursery  and  would  be  30  minutes'  later  than  before .  It's  ok  for  the  morning, I  can   do  it . But  as  for  the  afternoon  ,  the  timing  is  really  auc   .  I  heard  a  word  about  the  so-called  left-over  class  from  the  governess of  the  nursery when  we   registered  in   , but  they  never  mentioned  it  since  then .  Once   I   ventured  on  the  topic  and  they  said  no .
Actually,  the  left-over  class  is  a  normal  practice  for  these  public  kindergartens .  A  friend  of  mine  told  me  that  her  daughter  attends  it  , where  gathers  about  5  kids  .  As  the  time  looming  on ,  I  got  quite  nervous  .  Then  one  day  I   came  up  to  an  idea  , I  remembered  the  wonderful  "12345".  It's  the  hot line   number of  the  mayor    for  the  Hangzhou  citizen , which  solves  all kinds  of  problems  .  One  of  my  colleague  took  back  the  exrta  money  her  dentist  charged  on   her through  12345's  help .
So  I  made  a  call  to  the  "12345"  and  about  3  days'  later  I  got  the  feedback .  With   the  re-gained  confidence  I  once  again  mentioned  the  left-over  thing  to  my  son's  teacher ,  an  amiable  young  girl  who  voluntarily  uttered  a  "No"  , then  changed  into  "Yes" at  a  second  thought . It  was  May  9,  2  days  before  the  Mother's  Day  ,  when  I was  attending  a  mother- and - kid  gathering  at  the  nursery .
Mum ,  it  was  the  best  gift  I  ever  received  on  a  Mother's  Day . No  kidding , really !
